Principal's Corner

Welcome Tiger Cubs!

Welcome to Hohenfels Elementary School, your community school! Our faculty and staff are committed to the belief that every student can and will learn. We also believe relationships with teachers, students, parents and administration are paramount to your child’s social and academic growth. Communication with your teacher and participation in the school is critically important to your child’s success.

At Hohenfels ES, we are committed to ensuring that every student thrives both academically and socially. We have high expectations for every one of our students, regardless of where they are on their learning journey. Each teacher is trained to deliver robust whole group instruction and small group lessons in order to ensure that every student attains high levels of learning. We have a skilled team of educators to support students at any level. We are prepared, appropriately resourced and motivated to meet every one of our students where they are and help them grow and thrive!

We also understand the unique needs of Military Connected students and support them through their transitions. We know a student needs a stable and caring environment in order to learn. Our counselor, psychologist and Military Family Life Counselors are readily available to support students socially and emotionally.

At Hohenfels Elementary, we believe parents are our key partners! Cultivating relationships and having parental involvement is vital. Parents can be involved through our Parent Teacher Association, our School Advisory Committee, Volunteer Opportunities, or apply as a substitute teacher.

I look forward to positive year full of learning and getting to know you.. We have high expectations for ourselves to deliver the high-quality educational program every one of our students deserves. As I stated, this is your school and we are dedicated to serving military connected students in the Hohenfels Military Community.

We are a small caring school with a vibrant learning environment and caring teachers who are excited to serve military families. If you have a question, feel free to reach out.
