In a remarkable display of generosity and care, our world famous and world's greatest Parent Teacher Association (PTA) has gone above and beyond to support our staff and their families. Recognizing the challenges many face during the government shutdown, the PTA has thoughtfully provided pre-made meals and ready-to-make meal bags—ensuring that no one has to worry about what’s for dinner after a long day.

These meal donations have brought not only nourishment but also a deep sense of community and appreciation. Staff members have expressed heartfelt gratitude for the convenience and comfort these meals have provided, especially during high-demand periods.

But the kindness doesn’t stop there. The PTA has also established a food pantry stocked with nonperishable items, available to anyone in need. This pantry is a quiet yet powerful gesture of solidarity, offering dignity and support without judgment.

Since the lapse in appropriations (also known as the government shutdown) on October 1, 2025, school staff have been working without pay until a new appropriation is enacted.

Their efforts reflect the very best of our school community: compassion, generosity, and a commitment to caring for one another. We are incredibly fortunate to have a PTA that leads with heart and action.

To our PTA—thank you. Your thoughtfulness is deeply appreciated and will be remembered for a long time to come.
